TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Information
   These Terms of Service govern the use of the VetHealth webshop and all purchases made through it. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
   The webshop is operated by CANNA TRADE d.o.o., VAT ID: HR92172466341, IBAN: HR7524070001100703099, Email: shop@vethealth.hr, Return address: Ul. Pietra Kandlera 2a, 52440, Poreč, Croatia.

2. Eligibility
   By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products and Information
   We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete. VetHealth products are complementary products for animals, are not veterinary medicines, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders and Contract Formation
   All orders are subject to acceptance. A contract is concluded once the order is placed and confirmed via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing and Payments
   All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time but do not affect confirmed orders. Payment must be completed before dispatch and may be made via available payment methods such as cards or online providers.

6. Delivery
   We deliver within Croatia and the European Union. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If the customer provides incorrect delivery information or fails to accept the shipment, additional delivery costs may be charged. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Order Cancellation
   Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting shop@vethealth.hr. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer must use the withdrawal right in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
   Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with EU law. Full details on withdrawal, returns, and refunds are defined in the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

9. Legal Warranty
   All products are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee under EU law. In case of non-conformity, customers are entitled to repair or replacement, price reduction, or refund.

10. Complaints
    Customers may submit complaints via email to shop@vethealth.hr. We will respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

11. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, CANNA TRADE d.o.o. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of products. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website is the property of CANNA TRADE d.o.o. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

14. Data Protection
    Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

15. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, or to interfere with its functionality or security.

    Consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
