Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. General Information
    This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the VetHealth webshop operated by CANNA TRADE d.o.o., VAT ID: HR92172466341. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  2. Shipping Destinations
    We currently ship within Croatia and across the European Union.

  3. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  4. Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery times:
    -Croatia: 1–3 business days
    -European Union: 3–7 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

  5. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

  7. Split Shipments
    Orders may be shipped in multiple packages where necessary. No additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  8. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages
    If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or fails to accept or collect the shipment, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to deduct any additional costs arising from failed delivery.

  9. Customer Responsibility
    The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  10. Delays
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

  11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at shop@vethealth.hr. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

  12. Risk Transfer
    The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

  13. Ownership
    Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
